I am a mother of a 5 year old lil girl who is terrified of dentist. On her last visit we were informed that she need alot of work done, so the doctor recommended that she be sedated with demerol. So I was wondering what the difference between demerol and versed sedation is and which one works better. I would also like to know if my child will be awake and aware of what is going on if sedated with demerol.
